The Pamulang Permai 1 project is a study in Modern Light—a design approach that prioritizes spaciousness and luminosity even in compact residential layouts. By stripping away visual clutter and focusing on a monochromatic palette with warm timber accents, we've created a home that feels both expansive and deeply nurturing.
Design Concept
The core vision was to create a "breathable" home. We achieved this by utilizing a high-key color scheme and strategically placing reflective surfaces to bounce natural light deep into the living zones. The result is a seamless flow of spaces that feels connected to the rhythm of the day.
